200lm/W LED Module for Street Light or Flood Light Enjoys High Reputation

Good news, after 170lm/W led module, now we come out with 200lm/W led module at 30W and 180lm/W led module at 50W, same size, and almost same cost. This module is modeled as 3R-M04 series.

3R-M04 series led modules use SMD7070 led high efficiency led chips plus glass lens which has over 95% transmittance rate. 30W is easy to get over 200lm/W efficiency and 50W can have 180lm/W efficiency. Heatsink is pure aluminum around 700g in weight, outstanding thermal dissipation performance. See the picture below,

 1.     Q: Why LED module for street light or flood light? 

 A: LED module have many advantages compared with other types of street light or flood light. Such as, high efficiency, good thermal dissipation, easy installation and maintenance, economic cost, flexible power or optical matching and so on.

 2.     Q: How to choose a led street light module or led flood light module?

 A: A good led module should have good led light source (most 7070, & 5050, low lumen then 3030), good optic (anti-UV PC) and good heat sink. Besides, waterproof performance is also import for a led module. 

 3.     Q: What is the difference between street light module and flood light module? 

 A: The only difference is the optic beam angles. Because the two applications require difference light distributions. Consult us if you have any doubt to choose optics. 

 4.     Q: How many lm/W can the module have? 

 A: Light Experts Tech led module can have 180-200lm/W efficiency, 170-190lm/W , 150-170lm/W and 120-150lm/W for 3030 led modules. 

 5.     Q: How to choose a driver for the led module?

 A: Usually high efficiency led modules are DC44-52V input, you need to choose a constant current driver, the current you use is subject to the power you need. 

Use power to divide 48V, then you can get the current figure.

 For 3030 led module, you can have DC30V /36V/ 48V as you want. For multiple modules, you can use a big driver, for example, you can use a 150W driver for 3pcs 50W module, input current and voltage depends on your connections, usually, we recommend parallel connection.
